In Greene County magistrate court disposition was entered Sept. 14 in a case against Somaly O. Jones of Des Moines on a charge of trespass (violating self-exclusion at Wild Rose Casino). He was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge, $60 restitution for his court appointed attorney and $203.40 court costs. Jones paid by bond forfeiture.
A judgment was entered against James Pena of Jefferson on a charge of trespass. Pena was fined $65 with a $22.75 state surcharge*. Court costs were $60.
Dray Rivera of Jefferson was fined $65 with a $22.75 state surcharge* on charges of public intoxication and disorderly conduct. The fine and surcharges were suspended on the disorderly conduct charge. Court costs were $60.
